You’ve probably heard it at least since high school: “Get your priorities straight!” Setting priorities is one of the keys to success in development projects. Unlike priorities in life, prioritizing the many development tasks needed to build an application is relatively easy with the new Easy Prioritization feature recently released in Polarion version 2013-SR2.
Easy Prioritization
This feature is available in all Polarion products. It’s accessible in the integrated Work Item tracker, makes it simple to set a Priority field value for many Work Items at once. You can easily set scaled high to low initial values for a set of new items (items imported from Microsoft Word™ or Excel®, for example). And you can easily set the relative priority of Work Items in any given set visually by simply dragging them to a new position in the table. But enough reading… have a look at the video!
